Your Right to Erasure
Under the Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Laundry Boutique's systems. This includes any data we received through WhatsApp Business messaging, website orders, or tour bookings.
What We Delete
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Order history and booking details
- WhatsApp conversation records
- Payment proof photos and uploaded media
Note: We may retain certain records required by Thai tax and accounting regulations (typically 5–7 years for financial documents). These retained records are kept securely and used only for legal compliance.
